Emergency First Response
CPR and first aid for everyday life. No minimum age, no diving required — anyone can take it.
About the course
The PADI Emergency First Response course — EFR — focuses on primary and secondary care so that you are trained to manage the incidents and accidents of everyday life. Knowing how to respond can maintain, or even restore, a person's life while you wait for emergency medical services to arrive.
We hope you never need these techniques. We will make sure you are prepared anyway. EFR is also a prerequisite for the PADI Rescue Diver course and for every PADI professional rating.
