What to expect at Hon Bac Island
Hon Bac is one of the most beautiful dive sites around Nha Trang. The reefs here are rich and healthy, showcasing a real variety of soft and hard corals against clear blue water.
Clownfish, parrotfish, butterflyfish and lionfish are all regulars, and the topography gives you a shallow reef for the easy part of the dive with deeper structure to explore if you are qualified.
Visibility typically runs 10 to 15 metres depending on the season, and the best conditions come between April and September when the sea stays calm and warm.
