Easy and colourful
Dam Bay
Shallow, calm and bursting with colour — the friendliest reef in the bay.
Diving is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance, you must keep diving.
What to expect at Dam Bay
Đầm Bay is shallow, sheltered and almost always current-free, which makes it the perfect classroom for beginners and the perfect easy day for holiday divers.
Colourful hard and soft corals attract schooling snapper and barracuda, lionfish and butterflyfish, while the sand and rubble hide macro shrimp, nudibranchs and other small subjects that underwater photographers love.
February to October brings stable weather, better visibility and comfortable 25–28 °C water, with marine life at its most active.
Highlights
- No current, shallow profile
- Great first ocean dive
